However his office manager was very rude and claim she was in on the whole thing however she was not with the movers plus she is to blame for poor and incorrect scheduling according to the movers she failed to tell them how much they need to move. They showed up with a small truck which would not accommodate my 2 rooms. They came and stated they would go and get a bigger truck and failed to return for the move. They charge my Debit Card within 15 minutes of leaving. This company owes me $294.91. The office manger stated they will have not further contact with me and hung up the phone. I called again she stated. Her boss was instruted not to speak to me. I had to leave my household items in storage for another month then contact another moving company to complete the move. Hopefully they will chose to do the right then and refund my money so this can be settle. You have never tried to call, email, or text any responses. I have contacted your company on 5 seperate occassions and you have failed to respond. Your drives seems lied to you about the situation. Why would I drive off while someone is move my furniture and belongings. It seems there are a number of people according have had simular problems with you. If you are talking through your office manager then she is given you false information concerning what I asked for. I highly encourage you to resolve this complaint. The only way is to refund my money no other options are available. As a company you should want to have a good business practice. Failure to respone to a customer concerns is very unsuccessful and inappropriate to your business. Again I strongly encourage a resolution to this matter. First things is you need to return phone calls. Your staff have stated to me they gave you the message however you stated "I am not contacting her" and for them to just take a message. You cannot keep my money that will not be a resolution. However a return of $294.91 is what need to happen so all parties will agreed that it is best because your drivers failed to do their jobs and your office manager failed to provide the necessary information so they could. You are wrong no one is scamming you. I paid over 400 dollars and I helped them move the boxes not even 10. A sectional I moved my on tvs and so on. Just slow and lazy. I'm going to tell you something . You know you have a bad work ethic and being unethical won't get you far. This company will fall hard mark my words. No issues. The second set, were 4 hours late, ruined personal items, left me without assembled beds or dining table for my children and my self for over 24 hours. I was promised multiple times that the owner would come and address the unassembled furniture, he did not show up. He called and sounded like he was concerned but ended not even responding or showing up. He has great potential and a few great guys but without proper logistics and communication, this company will ruin your moving experience. Still waiting on a response to the damage to my furniture, walls and floor of a brand new home. I tried to be understanding and easy going but when I was told by one of the movers that it wasn't her job to move certain items up the stairs and that I shouldn't be upset by the way my items where left or the poor communication , I felt a review was needed. I paid for a two story move. Twice. I'm pretty sure I moved more of my items on the truck just to keep it from getting damaged and keep it moving. Frequent smoke breaks, neglectful of personal items. They lost some screws to my furniture. My filing cabinet was bent and smells like cigarettes, we don't smoke, desk and dressers were left turned up on their side without out any consideration of placement. These photos are how they LEFT my delivery. The owner said he would return and assemble himself, but a different team showed up a after 7pm the next day and it wasn't until 9:38pm on Monday night that I finally had a bed assembled. It was a disaster. Left a mess of popsicles plastic in my sink. I would love to see this as an opportunity to fix the mistakes. At this time 5:43am on 8/3. No response. Moving day was July 31. I would suggest starting the moves at 9am as scheduled, instead of 1-2pm. Then you wouldn't be working till 1am and still leaving the job incomplete. I can say that the first two guys were great(although late ).
