It only gets one star because it makes you choose one. They are not worthy of even one star. This might be the worst customer service we have ever experienced. We paid almost $300 for glow in the dark Service Dog patches back in August. When the patches arrived, the background was white instead of black, and the writing wasn't complete. On most of the patches, the G was partially missing. We have called about 15 times with no answer. The voicemail is full so leaving a message is not an option. On the machine it says you can text with questions. I have sent at least three texts with no response. I have also sent multiple emails with no response. I hope this company feels good about themselves. They just stole $300 from a non-profit that provides service dogs for disabled veterans. Shame on you. read more

I actually received my order! But it was a month late, after the event I ordered them for. I sent numerous emails stating to cancel the order if they could not fulfill it during their 5-15 day order time. Finally got email responses but they stated they didn't do anything wrong, even though it "shipped" (or they printed the shipping label) 20 business days after my order was placed. Quality was not great either when I finally received my order. Ended up throwing the patches away. I understand this is a small business but they clearly cannot handle the orders they receive. I would say it's a 50/50 chance on whether you receive your order on time, or at all based on some of their Facebook posts. read more

I email specifically asking if they could provide patches with the carbon fiber background they advertise in their "Hall of Fame" section of their website. I was promptly informed that they could indeed do so and I placed a $100 order for 16 patches. Order comes two weeks later, but without the promised carbon fiber background. I e-mail customer service, who apologize and tell me they will replace the patches for free. Two weeks go by, no response or confirmation of the shipment, so I e-mail again. This time I am informed that they "no longer provide patches with the carbon fiber background" despite being informed and assured that they did. I would not have ordered if this was the case. these people had charged me $63 for 10 patches that could've of cost me $20 to make myself. they stretched the image, messed with the colors, and instead of doing the design of the patch, they just printed an image of the patch,....for the patch. they wont refund me. and wont let me send them back. very poor quality work and very poor customer service, plus there website could use updating, its a sign of how little they care about presentation and their products. read more

Before placing my order, I specifically asked that they print my patches how I had them in the design file. They assured me that they would, so I placed my order. Patches did eventually arrive, and they did exactly what I asked them not to do. I contacted their customer service, and they told me I was at fault and had submitted the wrong type of file. I didn't. I've been a designer for 15 years and I know what kind of file to use. I managed to show them this was the case and that we had clarified everything before the order. They still told me I was at fault, took no responsibility, and refused to replace my product with the correct one or to refund me. read more

They had the nerve to send me pictures of the patches next to picture I ordered from and actually say "they're close enough". Nope. These are garbage. $75.00 down the drain. Mutiny Shop. I had done approximately 0% research on this company before ordering. Man I wish I had. Website says up to 15 business days for manufacturing. My order was placed 2apr. On 28apr, I tried contacting them via phone, email, Facebook, and text, all multiple times. No response. 29apr, I filed a paypal dispute. After that (30apr) I received a response via Facebook saying my order was partially completed, but would be completed that day and shipped the next. 4 may comes with no tracking info or shipping confirmation. 5 may, escalated to paypal claim. Then I received contact via Facebook on 7 may saying my order had shipped and provided a tracking number and was informed I was upgraded to 2 day shipping. 9 may comes and goes with no update on tracking and I go back to their Facebook and call them out. I was given a story about how it hadn't made it out on friday, but they thought it shipped already. I ask what happened to it shipping the previous week like they said it would and BOOM radio silence. 6 hours later, tracking info updates with an initial scan at the post office. Conveniently, it's the same scan that happens when you drop it off at the post office. Patches are due to me tomorrow by tracking info. And to top it all off, I've been blocked from posting on their page. 0/0 for customer service. Won't do business with them again. read more

Be very careful with this shop. A quick google search will help you. First I was told my order would be to me by June 30th. It wasn't and when I was finally contacted by the shop, they promised it would be to me by July 2nd. I have still not received anything and the company will not return any of my attempts at contact. I have started with a PayPal dispute, as other customers have had to. I am considering a BBB complaint, but if you check the BBB site, you will see many of the complaints on the shop go without resolution. It's probably not worth my time to file an official complaint with a government agency such as the local business licensing office. Just be careful... read more

Ok, despite all of the negative reviews I actually got my order and it was on time. For the price the the quality was not bad either. Mind you my order was small (two pieces) but still I got it a few days before the estimated date. My only issue was the customer service. After seeing the negative reviews I decided to give them a call and check on my order. A woman answered and told me that they were no accepting calls, nice. I was a little bit scared after I placed a patch order when seeing all the negative comments, but the result and service came out just fine. The normal turn around time is 7-15, they shipped my product 13 days, and I got it 2 days later. The product came out exactly the same as I expected. I ordered one patch only, so it took them a lot faster to process my order. This is the only store I found so far you can order only one patch per order. read more

Finally got a tracking number yesterday, says it hasn't even left the facility yet. Oh and I payed extra for express shipping, I don't know why. This has been a horrible experience. Do not order from this place. They will never ship your patches but will charge you immediately. They will then string you along via email saying your patches are in process. I ordered 4 patches and still have nothing well over 6 weeks later. They finally responded to multiple inquiries and stated that they would produce my patches asap, I said no I want a refund. They cancelled my order immediately but never refunded my money, after 3 weeks of waiting I had to file a credit card dispute. I will absolutely be filing a BBB complaint on this company. read more

Horrible customer service! It was our first time using this company and it was a terrible experience! We need patches to customize our company uniforms. Requested a specific size of 2.5 x 4. When we request a proof we were told they don't do proofs and that no proof was available. Upon trying to call to discuss the order, we discovered you cannot reach them via phone only via email and the response time is awful. We were quoted a turnaround time of 5 to 20 days. They were not shipped until day 20, and when they arrived they were so ugly! The company decided to cut out their own custom shape which is very unprofessional it looks like a kindergartner cut the patches out, not what we requested. When we contacted them to discuss the issues, we were told the website says they can cut the patches to their liking (which I don't see anywhere) and that we could re order them at a "generous" half off. We want a refund, or for the company to honor customer satisfaction and this company refuses. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Go with a professional company. read more

The turnaround time is a little bit high (~25 days in my case) and the customer service response can take a few business days, however, for the price I paid the quality of product I received was FANTASTIC. The image is crisp, the colors are accurate, and the build seems sturdy. I would be hesitant to order this in a rush but I look forward to finding another reason to order something from here. They messed up the color on the patches I ordered. They gave me some stupid excuse it was the dpi of the image that made the color wrong. But I am smarter than they are because the color was wrong because of the background color. All they needed to do was adjust the colors a bit to make them darker. When I contacted them about the issue it took them over a month to respond with their stupid excuse. They Guarantee their work for ANY reason your not happy but refuse to remake my patches they messed up. Please try another vendor.The child that runs this place does not know how to do GOOD business.
