NOPE.. TOTALLY WRONG!! 3) Suddenly, now, our system does not work.. no, we are not late on our monthly payment, paid it 6 days ago via automatic draft.

I've been texting her and trying to leave messages with their new computer answering service (which sucks), since June 19th, with no response. Can't help but feel that she is ghosting me. I have an issue where I bought A solar system last year, which included a new panel that I was told I had to upgrade to. The panel they replaced was only two years old. Approx 3-4 months later, I was sold on the benefits of upgrading to a battery backup and a new Span "Smart" panel, which cost a good chunk of money. Hailey Agreed to refund me $5,ooo to offset the price on the new panel for the one they just replaced (which they took with them). I have yet to see that check, she keeps telling me that it is in the "Queue" to be sent.. Texted her yesterday, informing her that I would be driving 1 hour and 34 minutes from Clinton, MO to their Location in Springfield, MO to speak with her in person. I drove there today, the 15th, and was greeted by a young woman, who I did not get her name, I should have, it could have been Hailey, avoiding the public. She told me that Hailey was in the field. I asked to speak to the owner, Bud Pierce, but was told he too was in the field. I paid a lot of money for this complete system, which has had its issues, but for now, my concern is with fact that Hailey will not step up and honor Her deal for the Span Panel and that she will not return calls or text messages. So, those that considering going solar, which is great for energy independence, Beware of "The Solar Company"

After signing the contract for solar panels, it took 10 months to actually get them to install them. They had every excuse in the book. They were backlogged. They didn't have the panels. They needed to get permits. We tried to force them to cancel the contract due to them being in breach of contract multiple times, but they threatened to invoke their $25,000 penalty if we tried that. They have written in their contract that you cannot post any negative reviews, or you will be in breach of contract. What a joke. Once they installed the panels, it took another 6 weeks to get the battery and controller installed. But then it took another 4 weeks to actually get everything to work, except someone forgot to get the city permit required to be able to connect everything up to the residential power supply. Whoops. Once the permit was issued, the system was sort of working, but wouldn't connect to the WiFi. if it wasn't connected to the WiFi, it wasn't recording the reverse charge for the power being generated. This took another month to get resolved. What a cluster fuck. Don't walk away from this company...RUN!

We discovered that other solar companies who claim to sell only US made products actually sold products that are inferior to Solar Solutions and their price was much higher. We contacted professionals in the solar department at our local power provider to discover that they too utilized Solar Solutions for the solar system on their own home. What more proof do you need than that? Seems like we do not need to try and recreate the wheel, just learn from the folks who already have. Big thanks to both Micah and James from Solar Solutions. Their presentation is no pressure, informative, and to the point. They are truly professionals. Both know their products and Solar. One other company who visited our home told us we would get an additional rebate if we signed the agreement that night. Their price was $18,000 higher than Solar Solutions and we would receive a $2,700 rebate. Do not fall for this sales tactic!!! Solar Solutions will not do this to you. They give you their best price right up front and allow you time to make a decision of Solar is right for you. Solar Solutions is a great company to do business with. Our installation was completed timely and looks great. Our Solar Solution Panels make our home look better. Go with this company
