Their customer service is excellent and Mike's knowledge of windows and installation was so helpful for us as homeowner's. We were able to see an actual sample of the windows we wanted prior to ordering and their pricing was less then their competitors for a better product! They are a local company and stand behind their work. There was a problem with one of the windows that were delivered and Mike is replacing it for us without any problems. Rozell was half the price of my other Bids. They came recommended by a friend. We had them install siding on our home in Fair Grove. They told us at the time of the bid it would be six weeks before they could start. The began five weeks after our first meeting. The installer was very nice and the owner checked in on the job 3 or four times. It took a week to complete. The final price was the same as the bid. Best of all our house looks great!!! We had a complete set of windows installed & were initially pleased with the outcome. However, I was astonished to discover their warranty covers only the glass & not the frames. I had the vinyl covering peel off of some units & I was on my own to deal with the manufacturer which proved to be quite a hassle. When it happened again I handled it on my own & vowed I'd never recommend this company. read more

Mike was super helpful and very prompt in responding to my questions. The person that came to do the install was professional, quick and polite. The windows look great and now the room is much cooler! After all the mess we have had with buying this home, this gave us a little light of hope! Go somewhere else, absolutely terrible experience. The takeaway is low quality work and terrible customer experience. You can't do much worse other than someone to steal right from you. Two huge watch outs: 1) they installed windows that would not work with our custom blinds. They did this without warning us and just told us they would "jerry rig" the custom blinds back in, but they probably wouldn't stay up if someone tried to raise them. So I had to trash over $1,000 in blinds due to Mike's total incompetence and low standards for how work should be done. 2) now the fun part. Mike called and asked for me to pay the bill, I agreed and just asked him to send me an invoice first. Simple right? No, he sent the invoice to the wrong email. This was only discovered by him after he spent 10 minutes telling me how I was trying to avoid paying him, that he had "seen people like me" and so on. This wouldn't stop until I showed him a screenshot from my searched gmail records and nothing came through. Some woman in the background kept saying "it has been sent", but clearly she knew it was returned when she had the wrong email. They then forwarded me the email that clearly shows they used the wrong email. It is one thing to be a jerk, it is another to be a jerk when you are totally in the wrong. read more
