We were pleased with how quickly the work started and we were excited with the quality that we would receive. However, the end result was sloppy and unprofessional. It became apparent that Fritts didn't manage their time and it became a rush job. We trusted Brian and his team to finish the job and paid him, once we did a walkthrough and pointed out the various mistakes and touch ups. We contacted Brian and he assured us that the work would be completed as soon as possible. After four weeks and many canceled appointments, we were finally able to get Brian out to our home. We appreciate that Brian spent his own time fixing up the job as much as he could. Unfortunately, there were just too many mistakes for one person to handle. Brian is very nice and accommodating; we were just not satisfied with the end result.
