I went to their…read morelocation at 4950 Waring Rd, Ste 8 and there is no Taxlana and when you call their listed phone number it is a foreign language and also says the phone number is not in service. I paid $350 deposit for an online tax prep meeting so I will have to dispute charge with my credit card to get my money back! Stay away! Edit: Taxlana returned my $350 deposit. I did not get my taxes done by them so I cannot comment on that. But the experience of not being able to reach this company by phone or other and the location listed is not legit. But I cannot give a review positive or negative on the quality of tax prep by this company.
