Not only are they ignorant, they are snide and condescending when you ask for clarification. I came this year like all the others and I usually pay around $120. This year, because the tax associates on the first floor didn't know how to handle more than 1 tax document, they sent me upstairs with their manager. Because their manager, Martha, had to do my taxes on their behalf due to their ignorance, they charged me $385. A few days later I get a voicemail saying that I need to come back because they were unable to submit it electronically. I have called several times to ensure an appropriate time to meet with Martha, (since no one else could do it) but the rude receptionist would not allow me to speak with her and kept going back and fourth trying to argue something she had no idea about. When I explained that it was MARTHA that called ME, and I was only returning her call, her tone shifted and she said she'd transfer me to her. After being on hold more than 15 minutes, I hung up, called back and asked if I can leave a message. The receptionist said NO and then placed me on hold again for another 10 minutes. She then answered and said I should "try again" in 15 minutes. I asked her if instead of going back and fourth HOPING to catch Martha available, if she can just have Martha call me back when she's free? The receptionist said "No." HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and incredibly uneducated staff. I might as well have gone to turbo tax haha. Oh well, next time.

Entering the office there was two people working, only one person was busy and she was the Notary Public. We weren't greeted on our entrance and when we were finally acknowledged and stated that we needed notary service we got a sour look like it was inconvenient that we came in. The bond acknowledgement is quite simple and every notary public has one...she said she could not notarize it because she was not sure because there were two signature spaces and we only needed one signature for the person executing the bond. Not only does she have her bond present as an example she could have paid attention to what the acknowledgement stated. I would not recommend this place because of lack of knowledge and attention to detail.
