Now, let's talk about the milk options which were: whole milk, almond milk, and half and half. Slightly disappointed being that I'm a two percent (2%) milk kind of guy. Owner may want to consider onboarding at least one percent (1%) milk, that way it can be mixed with the whole...just my thoughts. Grabbed a caramel donut for the culture as well. This morning was the final straw. Their hours say they open at 5 AM, and here I am sitting in the parking lot at 6 AM writing this review... and they're still closed. You can see the timestamp in the photos. Today is Monday incase anyone is wondering if I showed up on the correct day. To be honest, the coffee isn't even that great anyway, so I guess they're doing me a favor. What really made me laugh is the sign on the window asking customers to leave a 5-star Google review in exchange for a punch card credit. If you have to bribe people for good reviews, that might be a sign something isn't right. Maybe instead of asking for 5-star reviews, they should focus on something simpler--like showing up on time and being open during their posted hours. At this point, I'll just make coffee at home.

I could have asked but assumed for $45 I'd get something better than a thin cut ribeye I'd expect from an Applebees for $20. Wine menu was the same, just says "house wine" and lists different grape varieties but nothing specific on the wine. One of the most generic menus I've ever seen and would expect a lot more from a place like this. I also thought the cups used to be glass but most of them were the plastic cups you get at a diner. They still had glass cups for more specialty drinks like wine and coffee but soda and water were in plastic. I was also pretty sure they used to have cloth napkins and those are gone too. I feel like this place is too expensive to skimp on little details like that. Staff is still great but they seemed really overwhelmed and we did also show up pretty late so I can't blame them for being gassed This place is beautiful, they had someone playing the piano and it was a really nice atmosphere, but like I said I hope they're just transitioning between menus and dishwater because this visit was super disappointing.
