The vibe is just so welcoming and warm, not to mention the cozy decor. Music plays at a gentle volume while one can choose to sit and any of the comfortable chairs, whether on the main floor or up on the inside loft. The kids loved the fact that they had games to play while they sipped on there smoothies; and with adjacent seating, a hectic day bacame quiet retreat. Not that I would, but I could have stayed there for a good couple of hours. Parking is ample and the staff are quite amiable. This morning was the final straw. Their hours say they open at 5 AM, and here I am sitting in the parking lot at 6 AM writing this review... and they're still closed. You can see the timestamp in the photos. Today is Monday incase anyone is wondering if I showed up on the correct day. To be honest, the coffee isn't even that great anyway, so I guess they're doing me a favor. What really made me laugh is the sign on the window asking customers to leave a 5-star Google review in exchange for a punch card credit. If you have to bribe people for good reviews, that might be a sign something isn't right. Maybe instead of asking for 5-star reviews, they should focus on something simpler--like showing up on time and being open during their posted hours. At this point, I'll just make coffee at home.
