What's key is that Ian quickly solved the problem. I know they were slammed this time of year and could have easily put me off for weeks. Ian and his team were amazing. We purchased a house in Sunriver in June and noticed immediately that we needed an arborist. As you can imagine, trying to find someone mid Summer was challenging. We hired Ian to clear some trees on Deschutes County Property as well as our easement. They handled all the paperwork that the County required us to provide for a Permit.
