When I was invoiced, Dr. Krantz broke the bill into many different line items, which seemed to allow him to nickel and dime me for every little thing. When I called to question the outrageous bill, I was told that the bills were sent out "to make sure they are correct" and that he would look into it. Upon looking into it, he actually charged me even more. Compared to other chiropractors in the area, I found Dr. Krantz to be overpriced and inadequate. When I switched to a new chiropractor, I received better care with more in-depth adjustments for a fraction of the cost.

She always seems to know what is wrong before I open my mouth, but she always holds space for me within her loving glow. I have broken down into tears before getting on the table, had massive physical releases, and healed in ways I thought weren't possible. She has guided me through deep emotional trauma as well as physical trauma (I had abdominal surgery to remove 15 tumors in 2016). I will say it's not all glitter and romance, there are often hard lessons to be learned and dealt with, and they can be difficult (but always necessary) and she guides you through it with light and love.
