I did eventually need to ask for help finding the psyllium husk, and the employee led me right to the section I needed (of course I had walked right by it at least twice). The snack aisle of any grocery store is my favorite, so I had to check it out. I didn't end up buying anything there, but I did find a flavor of sparkling water that I'd been looking for - and it was on sale!
