I was a loyal costumer for years it was my number one spot. However yesterday was the second time I have been shorted in change by the same budtender. When it happened the first time I thought maybe it was just a genuine mistake but when it happened yesterday I knew it wasn't a mistake. I gave the budtender $40 which was 2 $20 bills. I was given $16 dollars back in change. On the receipt you can see they put cash payment of $30... so he took the $10 he shorted me and put it in his pocket. I called customer care and she said they would look in the drawer for the money which made no sense. It wouldn't have been in the drawer because he put the payment as $30 not $40.. I will never step foot in another Jars dispensary I wonder how many other people this is done to and they don't notice because they shove your change and ID into the same bag with your purchased product. read more

I have dealt with Taylor and Antwon (hopefully spelling is correct), and both are just the best. Great dispensary, however DO NOT BUY ANY CARTS from the manufacturer BOSSY!!! The carts are too small and never fully screw in to the battery..the one I have now I have to literally HOLD in while I try and vape it. And they burn thru like crazy fast!! BOSSY and PRESTO......STAY AWAY FROM!!!!! They also both clog up like almost after every use and you either burn thru the product faster trying to get it loose to inhale, or you just about kill yourself trying to use suck it out and practically pop every blood vessel in your neck in doing so. I ordered delivery for between 5pm-7pm. I had to pick my girlfriend up at 7pm so I figured I'd be good. Well, 7pm comes around and no one shows up or says anything. So I call them. "The driver will be there at 7:40pm. Sorry I'll take $10 off". Alright. Well I get back home at 7:30pm and The driver, Aidan, is just about to leave. He immediately starts giving me crap about how he was about to leave because I wasn't home and how I need to be there during my 2 hour window. So we tell him that window ended 30min ago and he's the one that's late. Doesn't apologize for acting like a jack*ss and continues being rude. You would think as a loyal customer who stops in 2-3 times a week, popping in right at closing time, with my order already placed, wouldn't be an issue. I showed up at 8:53, after putting my order in around 8:20 and not receiving texts that my order was ready (As they sometimes don't get around to sending those out at this location). Not seeing anyone come out and knowing they are about to close, I try to be helpful, and go into the building. I'm greeted at the door with a stern "we are closed", fine fair, but I been waiting out back and had my order in already. All you gotta do is ring me and send me on my way. He couldn't do it. Then I wait and watch him serve someone else out the back of the building after he turned them away right behind me. I called him out while he ran inside, but he went in without sayin nothin. Its messed up your staff plays favoritism in a situation like that, especially when I've been nothing but a loyal customer and already had my order placed waiting on y'all. read more

they advertise online as a med/rec dispensary, so commonly you'd think you'd be able to buy medical marijuana. i go in, show my card and id and have no problems getting in, not even a question asked, i get in and ask for what i want(mind you i looked up their menu before i left so i knew i was getting what i wanted) and the guy pulls it out and gets the transaction going, and they won't sell to me. they didn't give a reason, my card isn't lapsed over, they had medical options online to pickup to order so i'm just not sure why i specifically wasn't able to buy. and not to mention the guys were lowkey rude about it, i'll never give bad vibes in a dispensary but holy shit they made me wanna cry just from their tone read more
