I'm not even home when she cleans now, she's very trustworthy, very thorough, and a great communicator. Honestly with how deeply and thoroughly she cleans, it's 1000% worth the price. One of my fans (the one that's actually easy to reach) isn't dusted. The guest room I specifically asked for cleaning in because I'm having Christmas guests and the whole reason for the cleaning is to prepare the house for said guests was not cleaned. There are streak marks on my stainless steel appliances and they only cleaned my cabinets up to the point where they could reach without a ladder. I asked all our appliances be cleaned out and our toaster was completely untouched. For $1000, I expect MUCH better work so I won't be using this company again.
