I want to preface this by saying I DID NOT use their services. This is just my experience with…read moretheir communication and having them come to my home for a quote. First bad sign - they did not read the details if my project where I clearly stated this was a hoarder (non biohazard) situation. Second bad sign is they didn't respond back when they said they would. The response was no, they can't do the job after reading the details and looking at pics. The response was something I expected and was no big deal. Third bad sign is that they called me on labor day, having changed their minds and they had enough people willing to do the job, but they had to do it THAT DAY. I was already questioning their commitment to helping me, so I let them know I would talk to other companies because companies have canceled on me before. They said they wouldn't cancel use "if we say we'll do a job, we actually do it." I said OK, just let me speak to the other company who would be coming to do a visual quote in 3 hours. I gave them my maximum budget, and they said they were OK with what I set. Forth bad sign: I called them back and said I would be willing to work with them. Then they said they would need to come visually inspect to give me a quote, which was weird, because they already agree to the price I set. Final bad sign was that they came to do the visual and barely stepped foot into my house. They looked disgusted, and like they had no intention of doing the job. One of the women said they would step outside to discuss, but I was already prepared for a NO. THEY DROVE OFF INSTEAD OF LETTING ME KNOW WHAT THEY DECIDED. I had to text them and ask "So, you drove away - I'm guessing that's a no?" They immediately messaged back, saying they wouldn't be doing the job. Long story short, they flip-flop, don't keep their word, waste your time, don't pay attention to detail and, in my opinion are dishonest. A simple no, was fully expect and would have been appreciated instead of the run around I got.
