Customer service is nonexistent. Calls/e-mails were not returned. Laundry door was installed incorrectly and doesn't allow me to properly add detergent to the wash. No response when I contacted them. After less than a year, a handle fell off our closet door. No response. read more

My project took over 8 months to complete. Had to call weekly to try and get updates on when stock would arrive. Zero communication from the company. When the doors finally arrived several were installed incorrectly. One door was flipped redrilled and caulked in my driveway because they ordered the wrong door. Laundry room door was installed incorrectly and is not functional. Have tried to contact Alex (sales manager?) several times with absolutely zero response. Great experience with this company and would highly recommend! We had 15 doors replaced from cheap faux wood-grain to the "Manhattan" style door. The new doors are much sleeker and look high end. The owner came out to do initial measurements/inventory and we then came to the office for an appointment to look at door styles and get the official quote. Paint/doors/etc are priced separately but cost is very reasonable, considering everything gets taken care of: door disposal, new hinges, patching the frame. Doors come pre-painted with one of 4 paint color choices. The crew on install day were perfectionists and spent time making sure the doors aligned well in our older house. They cleaned up after themselves meticulously and were very friendly as well. We ordered doorknobs separately from Emtek. Yes shipping lead times are long, but this was disclosed upfront and is expected in any kind of contracting/construction work after COVID. I had a representative from simply doors and closets come and do some measurements to give me an estimate on changing out three interior doors and three bifold doors. The sales person was very forceful about the fact that they do designing and more interested in doing design work rather than just changing out doors to help modernize the look. I wanted as low price as possible and didn't want to do redesigning as it is costly. I didn't want anything fancy I just wanted interior doors not solid doors. The quote was ~800 per door. I got a quote back later in the afternoon for the doors these are interior doors mind you for almost $800 per door for 4 doors even though I only have three. I didn't get a quote for bifold as I requested. I would not recommend this place because they don't listen to what the customers wants. They want to sell up. She was interested in quoting French doors in place of bifold, In a small one bedroom condo that isn't an option. PLUS it would require building in the structure for the French doors. More $$ and space would be lost. Be very wary. read more

They are rip offs wanted to charge me 3,000 for a closet sliding door. They were proud of that price. I would never recommend them as they will be out of business soon. I can have 10 solid mahogany doors installed for less than their one 48" sliding closing door. read more

It's not often you find a company that has such attention to detail. The gentleman who installed the doors were perfectionist making sure the doors were installed perfectly. We had a great experience with Simply Doors. We replaced just four doors so they would match other doors from our recent remodel. The entire process was very smooth, from the initial consultation and measuring to the installation. We chose solid doors and were a little worried about matching the paint color to our existing trim. The doors come only in one of four shades of white, but we chose correctly after using a small paint color swatch that we received when we went to the office for the design consultation. The doors look absolutely fantastic and were installed expertly. The installers cleaned up after themselves and were very pleasant and easy to work with. The pricing was more than fair and the entire process did not take long at all from consultation to installation. Highly recommend! read more
