The bulbs are all on. It's not like other places I've been where you are charged an arm and a leg for a "membership" and half the bulbs in the beds aren't working. The bulbs are frequently replaced here. Tan packages are offered at very reasonable prices. No high pressure memberships sold here!!!! Buy only what you are going to use. That makes sense!!! They offer a variety of reasonably priced tanning lotions too.
