They are also very creative you tell them what you like and what you don't like and in a flourish they make you a beautiful bouquet or bunch. The location of the shop is really pretty, in the ground floor of the old post office vaults building at the side of the market square. The layout inside the store is really well set out and simple with clean lines and pretty displays. I would definitely recommend this place to others if you want something pretty, and quickly too

I am completely clueless when it comes to flowers and with a recent house move and a wedding to organise I really did not have the time to put much thought into it. I nervously entered the shop with my very basic ideas and thoughts and was greeted enthusiastically by the ladies at Scentiments who immediately put me at ease and understood exactly what I was looking for. They made it exciting rather than overwhelming and talked me through some ideas and showed me pictures of previous weddings they had done. They had worked at my venue Winkworth Farm, numerous times previously and were very knowledgeable and confident with what they could provide. They also had a good relationship with some of my other wedding services in the town such as Hayley at Capellli Hair and were able to liaise with her on my behalf. On my wedding weekend it absolutely bucketed it down with snow and on the Friday we were seriously considering calling the whole thing off as we assumed that none of the suppliers would be able to reach the venue. We received an immensely reassuring call from Winkworth to say that all the suppliers including Scentiments had been in touch with each other, they were leaving early on the Saturday, sharing lifts and doing everything in their power to make sure our special day went ahead. We cannot thank them enough for the effort they went to on this morning. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and so much more than I ever expected or imagined. From the stunning winter themed berry bouquets to the decorated wreath in the ceremony room and the gorgeous table flowers, everything was perfect. Even the carefully selected and subtle berries, roses and sparkles to go into my hair were spot on. We could not have been happier. We gave away our bottles and flowers to guests as they were leaving and they have reported that a week on they were still enjoying them in their homes. Thank you Scentiments for making this element of our wedding, easy, relaxed and very special.

They gave me plenty of ideas and advice although keeping in tone with my theme, kept the price within my budget, delivered the flowers to the church at inconvenient times to them and were happy to have several drop points for bride and groom. Their customer service was outstanding!

They are definitely the best florist in Trowbridge for quality of flowers and quality of arrangements.

Well established little flower shop just off the main Market Place…read more Some lovely displays in the windows, advertising the quality of work done for weddings and functions etc. In a nice touch, 'sell-by' short date flowers are offered cheap and used flowerpots for gardeners are offered free. Not sure the large colour pics of the towms amateur actor glitterati are always so easy on the eye though!! (the shop does advertising displays for local amateur theatre shows). Not the cheapest florist, but very high quality and attention to detail, and a friendly welcome from people who really know their stuff.

However I was very impressed by facilities in the shop etc. Besides a good range of seeds (acres and acres of Thompson and Morgan and others) they also sell a lot of crafty-gifty type goods. You can get your fancy fudge or jars of stuff here. They also have what can only be described as a frozen pick and mix. Freezers, scoops, bags ready for you to pick the portions you wanted. This included various mixes of frozen fruit and veg (including winter root mix, or roasted veg mix) and also frozen pastries and pies, often of the posher brie and cranberry etc types. There's a café, with modern art on the walls and what looks like a nice menu and nice, newly built loos. Card racks which we had to tear ourselves away from (lots of funnies and no time to read), and a wooden version of a stone circle outside (see picture). Well worth a visit, even if you aren't into plants. Shopoholics will enjoy it anyway.
