While I understand that customer service is important, there is a difference between being helpful and being overly persistent. Unfortunately, the management team did not improve the experience. I found them to be pushy and lacking basic customer service skills. Rather than making customers feel welcome and respected, the overall atmosphere felt pressured and uncomfortable. Later on, I googled the description of the table from their ticket and found two eBay listings for their store for the same table at two different prices, one of which was over 1/3 off (on sale)!!
