When I need furniture, my first stop is Furniture Solutions. I have bought bedroom furniture, mirrors, and miscellaneous items and have always been very pleased. I just received delivery on a leather recliner and it is the most comfortable chair in my home. The chair was ordered and delivered in the length of time promised. The delivery crew were two of the most courteous guys I've come across in a long time. The sales representative Elena is a real doll, she has the patience of a saint. I could not decide on the color nor the manufacturer, she said take your time. I made several visits before I decided. there was no pressure from her to make a sale. Her goal appeared to be to insure that I was pleased with whatever item I selected. Elena is very knowledgeable about the furniture. Lots of books to select from. Elena was a great help to me. Bob and Furniture Solutions to the rescue! I had placed an order with another furniture store that recently closed with no warning to their current customers who still had open orders pending!! Feeling a bit deflated and unsure as to what I was going to do next, I happened to search online to see who else in the immediate area sells that same furniture brand. Furniture Solutions website was the first name I saw. I called to confirm, and explained the recent turn of events, and was told to bring in my receipt and speak to Bob, the owner. When I arrived, Bob was already expecting me. He was very pleasant and understanding.He exceeded all customer service expectations. He not only honored my receipt from the other store, but took some money off the top! I was in and out in 15 mins with NO HASSLE!! He also gave me a complimentary gift card. First, may we say, this is not our first time choosing Furniture Solution. Our leather living room furniture bought in 1994 is just as beautiful as the day we purchased it, thank you! We visited your store on 9/5/2019 to purchase bedroom furniture for our granddaughters. We were warmly greeted by Elena (spelling?) and escorted around the store in search of the perfect furniture. It did not take long to make our selection, the furniture is is still very beautiful by the way. The paperwork took less than 15 minutes. Delivery was less than one (1) week, and the two delivery associates, both friendly and polite arrived timely, and put the furniture together. I'm not sure what's going on with these negative reviews! We got awesome service from Bob (the store owner). He gave us some great deals on some beautiful furniture! He has reasonably priced quality furniture and is very helpful with interest free, in house financing. He also has tons of catalogs and can order just about anything you're looking for. We just bought a new house and we will definitely be going back to order a bedroom set and some barstools. We've purchased an entertainment center and a beautiful desk. Both are great quality. I had no issues with delivery time nor any damage to the furniture. We ordered a large formal dining set and an accent table for our living room. I have purchased many pieces of furniture, both upholstered and solid wood and mattresses from Furniture Solution for the past 15 years. I have found the owner, Bob, to be very helpful and his knowledge of his lines of furniture is incredible. I explained the look and type of furniture I was looking for and he directed me to the appropriate lines. Our latest purchase was a bar armoire made by Hooker that I purchased from a picture. Just wanted to let you know what good experiences we have had buying at Furniture Solutions. I've shopped at Furniture Solutions for the past 20 years. I bought my last living room furniture there so I recently stopped in just to look for a couch and chair. They were having such a great sale, I bought my furniture that day! They had over 400 fabrics to pick from and also for the coordinating pillows. It was a hard decision because there were so many choices, but Bob helped me through the decision with no pressure. My husband and I just bought our first home. We went to a lot of places to look for furniture. It was not a great experiance because of the hovering sales associates and pressure sales. Funiture solutions was different there were no pressure sales, or sales associates following you around the store. I was looking for specific furniture for my office (Amish built). Found Furniture Solutions on-line . Stopped at the showroom and worked with Elena. She was very helpful and was able to give me a very good price. The furniture came in earlier than I expected but they were able to hold delivery until I was ready. Very nice showroom and great customer service. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by a very friendly Bob, the owner. They have a large selection and seem to be able to customize any piece of furniture to fit your taste as along as you're willing to wait for it. Bob was even nice enough to give me his personal cell phone number in case I had any questions about the furniture I was interested in as he was going to be away the the following day. I purchase a couch about 8 mos ago. Very happy with the furniture I received. I think the quality you get is very good for the value. The advertisement on front of store gives an impression that this is cheaper type discount type furniture. for that reason, I almost didn't even go in. Glad I did! They have all types of brands and at that, the better quality brands! Also they change up their furniture keeping up with the newest styles. Worth the stop when you are in market for furniture.
