Shipped it to the store so we could get it in time. When I put the order in, I tried to add an alternate pick-up person, but it kept telling me invalid characters. Would not allow me to input a name, I went out closed the window, but the same thing the next time I tried. But with time ticking away, I made the order thinking I could add someone after since the website was giving me so many issues. Boy, was I wrong!!!! Called into the store and cs to see if I could get any help, with 0 help I was told they can not give out the package to someone if they didn't get put on the original order. I told them that the website wouldn't allow me. That didn't matter. No name, no package. I live 170 miles from the store I sent it to. My brother lives in the same town, so I was having him bring it with him for Christmas, but I guess not. Now, there is not enough time to get alternatives. Smh very sad I offered to send him with a copy of my licenses, but nope. I get security, but that is a bit ridiculous since it was the Children's Place website that messed up and wouldn't allow me to add him. I will never shop here again and encourage other people not too as well. Children's Place ruined Christmas for my family this year!!!! Called CS, and I was offered a coupon for my troubles. I don't want a coupon. I want the Christmas presents for my family!!!

Every section has its own vibe, and you can tell whoever put this together took their time to make sure it matched the aesthetic. I loved the details, the small trinkets. It made me feel like I was yard sale shopping but better. They also had a small snack bar with flavored energy drinks etc. I didn't get any but maybe next time!

Why did me and my bestie have a PILE of clothes on the register. Shoes, earrings, purses (3), shoes, pants, dresses and more. This is when I stopped and said why have I not heard about this place many many times before? I was in awww and can't believe that we stumbled upon this. No one in Yakima has even shared this spot with me. Which is fine, more for me now!! Lets go back to the pricing, the system is wild, and they have really good stuff for the prices their selling it for. They have swim, tank tops, sweaters, decorations, office supplies, I mean literally everything. I was sooo happy to have found this gem. My bestie and i walked away spending less than $100 bucks (and I got over 22 items). I also re sale items soooo some items are not for me, which I know people are going to eat UP - I scored. So the staff at this ross dont know anything they are idiots and should not be working retail. They do have good prices but the store is so unorganized it gives more of a yard sale vibe. The other Ross by Target is very clean and neatly organized. The staff is great very friendly and helpful.
