We were on Vacation for 4 weeks and had cabinets taken out and new ones put in and the Walls and floors were torn up. I have Severe COPD and I am on Oxygen. We called Jazmin to come in while we were gone and clean up all the drywall dust And the debris She knows my medical condition and had no problem with getting there ASAP. She did a wonderful Job!! She definitely is a stickler for cleanliness And if there is something that needs to be redone or a little more elbow grease she has no issue with doing so.

She then went to the property to clean, sent me 87 pictures of what the property looked like before cleaning (I sent pictures and videos to her previous to the job.) and only cleaned most of the mildew out of a shower. This was an empty home. The floors were not cleaned, the kitchen left undone, windows and blinds not cleaned, 2 other bathrooms were left undone where only a surface clean was needed, none of the bedrooms cleaned. I was then insulted by her several times, saying she's had customers not pay and she feels that it would be the case with me. Furthermore, blaming me for missing time with her daughter. She used her boyfriend as an excuse as well partying with him before a trip to Vegas. She does not run her small business like a respectable business at all. While I'm all for supporting local small businesses, this is one I will not be calling on again and will not recommend to others either. She received 1star since there isn't an option for 0 out of 5! Long story short.... a little bit after 6 hours...she said she had to leave and charged me: $ 1,250.00 _ a bit more than $278.00 per hour and she left a terrible mess - I had to do everything myself again.
