I called and left and email for this company to ask about their service and if they could do a same day delivery. 1) didn't get a call back; 2) received an email stating that they said on their voicemail they only do wedding arrangements (aka "DUH, don't you listen?!"). I wasn't aware of that (I guess I don't listen), but when you are going a million miles a minute and all the reviews on here are for special orders (Mother's Day, etc), why would I think it's for weddings only? Super fast response to an email I wrote this morning hoping to have some flowers ready for pick up on Mother's Day. I'm from out of town and read on the reviews about real estate folks, Valentine's Day...and so I had hope of getting these done. Even their Instagram page shows flower arrangements. What I got back was an email saying they only do weddings. Their website front page says "Fresh, local flowers for all occasions. Welcome to your new favorite florist." EXCELLENT and prompt service with a hurried order. Im in CA and needed a florist near Denver metro area. I didn't want to use a " national chain " so i contacted several florists in this area. Simply Petals answered my email almost immediately . after several prompt questions and replies I placed an online order. the floral arrangement was delivered next day. although not a huge order their attentive response and quick delivery was exceptional. the price was reasonable too.
