The couch is completely covered to prevent it from anymore damage. Worse part is we purchased the warranty after the sales associate talked a good game. He said everything is covered even pet damage. The pillows are coming apart at the seems and the couch is covered in snags. Guardian insurance states it is not covered at all. What a waste of money for a warranty. Do not waste your money on a warranty from Guardian. What a scam. My couch is not even 1.5 years old and it already needs to be replaced.

I questioned this, showing the store manager, Diane, the sign. She said, no that the sign was wrong. As I left, I noticed that she had put the sign back by the throws. This is wrong! Today I returned the throws because the color wasn't right for my room. I picked up 2 items to purchase, and was wrung up. I asked if I had gotten my 30% discount. There were multiple signs around the store that said 30% off everything in store. I was told "that was last week". To top it off, Diane was rude. I did not buy the items, and will be reporting Diane to the BBB and to corporate.
