A technician came to my house and I was told that the part was ordered. Six months later, I still didn't have the part. Eventually I had to get my attorney involved because I was completely left in the dark. Once my attorney got in contact with the store, they finally informed me that they no longer carry the brand of my hot tub. In all that time no one at the store let me know what was going on. Instead of offering any assistance I received a very hostile letter from Pamela Hester the Senior Managing Partner. Considering the issue with the part resulted from a lack of communication from the store, I felt that this was very rude and unnecessary. Do not purchase anything from here. They are unhelpful and make no effort to accommodate their customers.

Walked in 1/6 purchased 4 items never got a receipt emailed because I already had an open account. Delivery supposed to be 1/9, moved to 1/10 for no reason and canceled the day of at 4:53am. Who sends automated texts the day of delivery canceling it? This company tries to bait you into buying something and they knowingly mislead customers on the availability of items knowing good and damn well their weak signal a$$ iPads don't and can't provide real time information. Once I had to request my receipt I noticed the dates next to my items were 1/10 and 1/13 which indicates WHEN those items will arrive at the warehouse. My delivery was changed because the items were not in stock. Second when I tried to cancel the item that seemed to be the cause of my delays, the incompetent sales associates couldn't figure out how to do it and rather than COMMUNICATE that, your order gets cancelled. I gave the manager Julian and entire day to fix this with NO ANSWER and 3 bot messages trying to get me to confirm an item I requested to be canceled via text, phone, and IN PERSON. TF I gotta do? If going into the store doesn't resolve the issue there is NO RECOURSE FOR THE CONSUMER. Let that sink in. 3 years ago I had the same experience when an item I ordered was discontinued and it took forever for me to prove I never received it. Delivery guys showed up like 5 hours late the night before Thanksgiving. Heed the reviews, delivery personnel not the type of people you want in your house. You better have a man a gun and a dog in your house (yes all 3). I'm so glad I never confirmed another delivery and requested cancellation of the entire order. Gregg H. So, I popped in after visiting the uniform store for a pick up one morning. In true warehouse fashion, the place was fairly steamy on a summer day. However, the workers were kind and the items in there are intriguing. It seems they have furniture and decor available at wholesale prices, as they supply some furniture stores in the area. If I was in the market for a new living room set or bedroom set, I would at least consider looking here to see if the prices are better. If there are appliances, I did not see them; however, I believe there may have been a section of the store that I did not visit.

I went in to purchase lavender plants and waited in a long checkout line. When I got to the register, the plant I selected had been mislabeled. I worked with the cashier to resolve it and, to keep the line moving, I agreed to quickly retrieve the correct item myself. I returned within moments, waited for the current customer to finish, and stepped forward to complete what was clearly a continuation of the same transaction. At that point, I was told to go to the back of the line. I explained that I had already waited and had just been working with the cashier on this exact issue, but I was still refused and dismissed in front of other customers. The experience was embarrassing and honestly very upsetting. I reported it to store management and also through Lowe's Open Door Hotline (case #HRC9013875), but I have not received any meaningful resolution. I'm sharing this because no customer should be treated this way, especially after trying to be considerate of others in line. I hope Lowe's takes this seriously and addresses how situations like this are handled going forward.

If you ask her a question she puts on this ridiculous frown and when the lines are long she will not jump on the register to help because she tries to play as if she's some type of manager.
