Jack did a meticulous job washing inside, outside, screens and more. As a standard, Jack washes all the wood framing and sills on the outside of the window. Our white windows and trim now look white again. We are on the water and in a wooded area, so we accumulate lots of outside stuff, pollen included. I liked them initially, but the juice ain't worth the squeeze at $600 an hour.

I don't know who I was texting with in the end. They quoted me $100. The two workers arrived right on time, were very polite, and did a beautiful job! However, they spoke no English and used a phone app to communicate. (You speak into the phone, they read the Portuguese that's generated, then they speak into the phone and it spits out English. Who knows how accurate it is.) I lived in a foreign country for 6 years and while I wasn't fluent, I had basic proficiency in the language... admittedly I worked in an industry where people spoke English, but for day-to-day things I was glad I could read and handle basic conversations. (This was pre-smart phone.) I'd love to hire Rose's Cleaning for their organizing service, but can't imagine how you'd do that with someone you couldn't talk to. They get good reviews for that, so maybe I'll try it. I'm skeptical but interested. If all you need is cleaning it probably doesn't matter that you can't communicate without a phone translator. Their work was beautiful and they were punctual and polite. All of that is great. I'm glad they could fit us in!

Inside I had to follow both guys around w paper towels as they were leaving water on my wood floors, Jeff wanted to use his power washer inside on my sliding glass door tracks. I told him absolutely not and a paper towel works great. I cleaned all the tracks. I also had to take all my screens down for them to be washed and the. personally put them all back to save time. I had to finally tell him to go home so that our guests could go to bed. This company will never work for me again. It was a "S... Show" and the first time I hired a person off of Yelp. Never Again. I did pay him the requested $1250 but this should have been discounted for all the aggravations I put up with and non-professionalism.
