I've used them twice. first visi, $160/hr cash, got the work done quickly, very friendly, no problem. Happy to pay that. I had them come back to replace a pressure tank, which is an easy job. Charged me $600/hr. plus materials. The work was fine, but I asked for an itemised invoice three times and never got more than a basic total. I work with major contractors at my job all the time so I know what should be listed. It was pretty easy to figure out their material costs were, so the hourly came out to $600, which is off the charts crazy. I liked them initially, but the juice ain't worth the squeeze at $600 an hour. read more

We called them to install an extra heating element in our bedroom. The owner figured out the price right over the phone. Few months ago we asked for them to install the unit, not long after that he owner called and said they could come over and complete the job the next day. The gentleman showed up very polite as always, the same ones who installed our gas unit. 3 hrs later job was completed and they cleaned up everything and the job was very professional. Our heating system failed few weeks ago exactly when the weather was very very cold. I called them and John (the owner) called me back to discuss patiently the problem with me. Despite his busy schedule, he offered to come take a look the next day. Although the weather was very bad, he came the next day and helped us identify the issue and FIXED the issue the same day. Just finished a shower to bath conversion at our house. I can not even describe how nice of a job that was done! Extremely professional! The stove we bought at Lowe's didn't include installation, so after a week of not having a stove before the new one was delivered, we were desperate to have it connected.
