Rather than going with a general balloon delivery service online, I wanted to find someone I could actually talk to about customizing a Valentine's Day balloon arrangement for my 2 year old niece, Bella. After a quick google search, I found Sin City Balloons. Don't let their website fool you, the service from Suzanne and Van was outstanding and very personalized! Suzanne was so amazing during the entire process, she even sent a picture to confirm delivery! The only reason I gave a 4 stars was the delivery fee was a bit pricey due to the distance from her shop to the delivery address, but with the quick turn around time and willingness to accept the order, I will not hesitate to order again!!! As a customer I have never been treated so poorly in my life. Suzanne was very rude and difficult to deal with. I hired her to do decorations for a corporate event and I feel like she completely scammed me and got over on me. Suzanne brought me 6 balloons and 3 very small letters balloons and charged over $200. She also charged for set up even though she did not set anything up. She was supposed to me at a certain time but chose to come earlier so she would miss me because she knew the quality of work she promised to deliver was not what was delivered. I called her to confront her and asked if she would come back to the location because I thought what she had dropped of was a joke. When Suzanne came back she was very argumentive and not willing to see that she had made her customers very unhappy. On top of that, Suzanne grabbed my arm in the middle of our discussion. I did not touch her once or get in her personal space so I do not know why she thought it was appropriate to touch or grab me. She refused to bring more balloons or do anything to appease the situation. The best she said she could do was offer me a credit for future use which I let her know I would NEVER use her company again so she can keep that credit. Suzanne is very unprofessional and sin city balloons is a scam. The pictures on her website do not match what she delivers. I can't believe I was charged over $200 for what was pictured below when I could've gone to party city myself and has them do it and pay way less. Lesson learned! read more

Visited Las Vegas for my 30th birthday, and I wanted balloons for my hotel room but didn't want anyone in my party to hassle with buying and transporting all of that stuff. Nor did I want people to have to worry about filling, tying, and stringing balloons on-site. Sin City balloons made the experience very easy. Suzanne was willing to adjust the estimate several times as my request changed. I ended up needing and ordering 18 free-floating standard balloons and a set of large metallic 3+0-shaped balloons. Be specific with your request if you have something in mind, because they have so many options to choose from. I paid for the delivery as well, and while it comes out to a lot of money, it was well worth it to have everything delivered to the hotel. Everything arrived inflated and in a clear plastic bag. The balloons stayed inflated all weekend. Was sad to leave them in the hotel. If you value your own time and have the money to throw down, I'd recommend their services to anyone who has needs similar to my situation. I'm sure they do great work on the large event size as well. read more

Didn't use them, they charge a delivery fee PLUS an extra FIFTY dollars if you want the delivery within an hour so like I wanted it at 9 am they wanted the extra fifty dollars plus a ten dollar deliver fee just because my delivery window is 8-9 am so for delivery it would have been $60. ALSO she never said it would be extra for that time I just get a big fat invoice. I was like nope cancel order! I just wanted like 25 balloons and it was almost $160 bucks that's crazy!!! The only reason why I gave them 2 stars is because she got back to me quickly. read more
