I hired her to do decorations for a corporate event and I feel like she completely scammed me and got over on me. Suzanne brought me 6 balloons and 3 very small letters balloons and charged over $200. She also charged for set up even though she did not set anything up. She was supposed to me at a certain time but chose to come earlier so she would miss me because she knew the quality of work she promised to deliver was not what was delivered. I called her to confront her and asked if she would come back to the location because I thought what she had dropped of was a joke. When Suzanne came back she was very argumentive and not willing to see that she had made her customers very unhappy. On top of that, Suzanne grabbed my arm in the middle of our discussion. I did not touch her once or get in her personal space so I do not know why she thought it was appropriate to touch or grab me. She refused to bring more balloons or do anything to appease the situation. The best she said she could do was offer me a credit for future use which I let her know I would NEVER use her company again so she can keep that credit. Suzanne is very unprofessional and sin city balloons is a scam. The pictures on her website do not match what she delivers. I can't believe I was charged over $200 for what was pictured below when I could've gone to party city myself and has them do it and pay way less. Lesson learned!

I ordered all of my main balloon decorations from Amore USA - the Diamond Bride Room decor, a balloon garland, and 2 balloon bouquets. They were all STUNNING! If you're planning a bachelorette, the Diamond Bride Room package is 1000% worth it and a must. Service is 10/10 - amazing! I had a lot of worries and questions while finding balloon specialists, but what really stood out to me was how responsive they were over text. All my questions were answered, they provided advice to me on what length the balloon garland would fit best in the hotel room I had, and were extremely kind and patient throughout the ordering process. I also love how the payment process works. You pay a certain percentage deposit first, and then day of the set up, you pay the remaining amount, which is exactly what I was looking for when searching for balloon specialists. Trust me, they want you to have the best experience possible and really care about their clients. The balloon garland fell 1 day after it was set up (not because of their work but because of the material of the hotel's wall) and upon texting them the next day, they came to re-set everything up, even adding MORE balloons because of the way the garland had to be repositioned, and went above and beyond by helping hang up the other decorations that fell without me having to ask them.
