The type of care he offers is Chicopratic and wellness services. He also has an acupuncturist and massage therapy available on site. Dr Singara have done wonders for me ,my family and friends. Let's start with the office manager Denise. The most kindest, funniest women I know. Very helpful and to the point . Dr Sinagra. There is so much to say about him. His expertise in Chicopractic services is amazing. This Dr adjusts parts of your body that you never thought needed to be adjusted. That's totally unheard of for me. He is not that that average Dr. He is very compassionate, funny down to earth. Listen to your every need. He is very persistent when it comes to your health. He really cares. He wants to get down to the root cause of your problems. These are some of the qualities I love about Dr Sinagra. Very knowledgeable and can teach you a lot about health and yourself. He now has a number of programs to help with a huge list of common health issues. Dr Sinagra assist me when I was going through cancer treatments. I can go on and on about Dr Sinagra, but until you meet him and the team personally you will have a better understanding and relate to my experiences with Dr Sinagra. Overly friendly and welcoming. However, I wish I saw the negative Yelp reviews before I wasted my time and money. The "free consultation" was $350. And proposed "plan" which was not specific was going to be $3,600 for the 12 week plan. They try to get a down payment at the "free consultation" and/or try to open a credit card to charge the "plan". So, essentially I paid $350 for a blood test script. Even the phlebotomist knew such an extensive work up was from him. Not a good sign! It's awful to think people like this are out there preying on people that are sick and in pain. read more

I have always suffered from neck and upper back pain due to long hours on the computer and poor posture. I have seen 4 different Chiropractors over the last 8 years, generally once every few months or more often when I was really hurting. Back in July of 2016 I woke up one morning with a new type of pain in my neck which radiated down my right arm. I saw my current chiropractor at the time and began going for very regular (twice a week) treatments. My symptoms continued to worsen to the point of 24 hr pain and frequent numbness from my elbow down and throughout my right hand. In September of 2016 I finally decided it was time for a change. Off of a recommendation from my wife's coworker I went to see Dr. Sinagra. I explained my history and current status. Both Dr. Sinagra and I both agreed that we felt the issue was nerve related and took some xrays in the office during my first visit. We were able to identify and isolate where the problem was stemming from and began treatment that day. Dr. Sinagra advised a few key things which made me feel very optimistic about moving forward: 1. He could clearly see the problem 2. He was confident he could fix the problem He also advised that he was not sure how many visits it would take to achieve this BUT based off of how long I had been suffering and what we could see he estimated 10-12 visits, 2 to 3 times a week. As of the time of this post I am on my 16th visit and am virtually pain free with no sensations running down my arm. I still feel I need some more visits to feel 100% but am happy to continue treatment due to the great results, short wait times, and quick adjustments. I have been seeing Dr. Ron since I was 8 years old. Whenever I had a cold or an ear ache my mother would take me to endless doctors and shove down countless antibiotics which worked after a few days of rest and taking them, I'm not here to argue that, but what was the long term affect of these drugs on my body? We are only limited to the knowledge of our time and back then who knew! However, instantly I always felt better after an adjustment with Dr. Ron. Releasing whatever was ailing me at the time. Since high school I've played sports into college (Div 3, I'm no super star) and rec sports now into my mid 30s and Dr. Ron and his team are life savers. I wish they were closer to my home and work because I do not need allergy medicine if I received adjustments twice a week. I had crazy sharp shooting shoulder pain probably from softball or roller hockey and 3 specialist wanted me to get MRI's, take this, take that, finally I got to see Dr. Ron, after 2 weeks of 3-4 adjustments the pain was gone and I was back on the rink, field and sand (beach volleyball started) It's not scam, just all you negative reviewers are looking for a quick fix. There is nothing quick about health. If you want quick go get surgery and take some pills like the rest of the country. Unfortunately everyone needs to eat and they can't offer there services for free but if you got to know these people you know they would! They go the extra mile to make sure your feeling better and responding to treatment. Only cowards bad mouth someone's lively hood. There are a lot of hacks out there not treating people correctly in the field of Chiropractic care but this group isn't one of them. For about a a year i have experienced neck, back, hip, and leg pain. It was making me sleep poorly, i couldnt work out due to muscle weakness, and i felt like i was 70 yrs old when im really 37. Dr Sinagra took some xrays and noticed i had no curvature in my spine (its supposed to be an S shape). We made a few adjustments and i started an 8 week program. Immediate relief! I can turn my head again! It doesnt hurt when i breathe! I can lift my baby boy up without my arms and legs shaking from muscle weakness. The best feeling though is NO Sciatica! MY Opinion not a good experience at all ! I didn't have a good experience with the office manager or the doctor. In my opinion I felt rushed with the Dr. Sinagra,Ronald, consult which was supposed to be free! and each visit felt rushed. The office manager Denise Tillei, in my opinion wasn't through in explaining the 6 month costly program she only explained one payment option. Whereas I would have chosen the other way of paying for this costly program $ 5,700. I owed a balance of 800.00. Stopped my visits after 3 months because didn't feel confident in the way my neck was being adjusted. Still paying it off 4,900 also purchased many different supplements and lots of probiotics approx $500-600 hundred dollars. In my opinion I should have not been so desperate in trying to relieve myself of my health issue. read more

Dr. Ronald Sinagra has absolutely changed my life!! No words can describe how thankful I am for finding him. He really cares about healing his patients for the long term and NOT just a temporary fix. NEVER GO HERE EXTREMELY UNETHICAL! I would never write something negative about someone, but in this case it is necessary for other patients and parents to hear this. My daughter has been having back trouble and looked up Dr. Sinagra's practice. I told her to check first on the phone to see if they accepted our insurance before she went. They said we will talk about those things when you get here. When she got there she asked again and received no answer. She asked multiple times. They treated her and took two x-rays and after the treatment told her she owed them 150.00. Needless to say they took advantage of a young girl, SHAME ON YOU!! When I called them they were rude and lied and said they told her, when they most certainly did not. How do you sleep at night! When we have good insurance, why would we go somewhere that does not accept our insurance? read more

I have been seeing Dr. SINAGRA for seven weeks as a wellness patient. I had been experiencing fatigue and an overall sense of bloating and discomfort. He ordered a battery of blood work to identify and target the systems in my body that were not working efficiently. He is now coaching me through diet changes and supplementation. After seven weeks I can honestly say that I am feeling better. More than that, I am optimistic for continued improvements in the future.
