These Sinclair gas stations have been taking over nearly all the Shell gas stations in town. After months of seeing them pop up, I decided it was time to give em a shot. All I've got to say is, after 3 days of light/moderate driving I'm already a quarter to empty. I seriously didn't drive around that much. I really wanted this to work, because gas everywhere else is so darn expensive right now. However, I can't afford to be filling up a tank here for it to only last a few days. read more

The service shop here is TOP NOTCH. Any time I've had car issues I've brought my car in and they've ALWAYS got the job done quickly and at a great price. If you don't know what's wrong with your car Eric and the guys WILL figure it out. For months no shop in town could figure out what was wrong with my car. Eric figured it out in 20 minutes, my car was ready the next day. You will NOT be disappointed,highly recommend. read more

I get gas here twice a week because of the great price. I go inside every time and the staff is the friendliest I have seen. This week I was getting gas and my car wouldn't start. Eric, the head mechanic, came out to investigate. He saw that my positive connection wasn't good, pulled the bolt and it was stripped. He couldn't find the right bolt so he took one off HIS OWN CAR and put it on mine! It is so rare to find someone who will do whatever they have to do to help someone they don't even know. In addition, while he was changing the bolt he noticed my serpentine belt was about to fall off. Without me asking he got a wrench and fixed it! The charge was a handshake! This has never happened to me in any way. The service causes me not to go to any other gas station, they have created a life-long loyal customer. read more

This place is a rip off gave Randall the clerk $20 cash and pushed unleaded 87 and pumped my gas. Usually never get a receipt but decided to get it this time could not read any of the numbers on the pump maybe because of the sun? When receipt printed out I found out that I was charged for premium gas not the 87 unleaded. I went back to talk to Randall see if he could explain why but was rude and told me that I must of pushed the wrong button and nothing he could do for me. Gas buyers beware I was on pump 11. I consistently only go to this gas station. Location of gas can get very chaotic but price is well worth it. Super friendly employees working inside the store. read more

I always come to this service station at Sinclair for my car needs. This location use to be a Shell station but even through the change of gas provider, the service shop stays highly recommendable. I have always been one to call around for car needs and again and again their prices have me coming in. I am always happy with the service as well. If your work takes a while there is a subway and rally's in the same parking lot. Across the street there is pizza, sushi, kfc, burgers. I like to drop my car off and go eat so it seems faster. Took my car to have the AC charged and checked. $89.99. 1 week later the air conditioner is blowing hot air out. Took it back in to tell them...they were so busy they said I'd have to bring it back again tomorrow. It was 103-107 in FRESNO Very unhappy. Basically, they could of took a minute to tell me something..but they didn't even want to look. read more

One they have cheap gas. But tonight when I went in the convenience store the employee honestly made my day. He was super relatable and started asking about my shirt and frisbee in Fresno and then we started talking about what he does all night while working to pass the time. I was looking for the least expensive gasoline last Monday March 27, 2018. Their price was $3.10 a gallon. They did not tell me it would be $3.20 per gallon. Arco charges a fee but not increases the price of gas. I'll never buy or recommend Sinclaire. They're crooks. read more

Extremely friendly helpful gas station where they believe in service. In fact, another gas station recommended I go here when I was passing through Fresno and needed someone to check my tires and oil, etc. (which they did for free.) Randy was particularly friendly. read more

I have never had one person repeatedly disrespect my daughter so many times over the same thing that she is so creeped out that she wont go in this station anymore. I have come here for years to get gas, snacks and drinks since i have family that lives close, however, this Jonathan guy that works the counter has been so creepy to my 16yr old daughter constantly asking for her number saying how "delicious " she looks, you know if it only happened once I'd brush it off but it has happened so much that if she shes him inside she hideskn my car. And apparently this is a normal thing for him, ive had friends tell me they have heard tell other girls this and hes said it to them. And the creepier part is after my daughter had walked out he would walk out and watch her along with his friends sitting outside in their car, im not sure how things are supposed to be run but im sure my friends cant just hang out at my work. Long story short i think i will just find another gas station if this is this guy is gonna be an employee there, im sorry but he's a total creep. read more

So I've been coming here for years, I've never had a problem with any of the employees until the past few months with an employee named Jonathan. A few months back he had asked me if my best friend was underage because he said she looked " yummy " . As a women Me or any of my female friends don't want to be bothered with such comments when we go into a gas station to get snacks for our kids. A few days later, we both went in to get snacks for a small road trip & because he thought she was hot he gave us all of our snacks for free. Now, I've gone there for years & I've always paid for my things no problem but that's also not okay that he did that all because he thought she was " hot " . I've let a lot slide because I go there often but yesterday was the final straw for me. I went to put gas as normal yesterday & my boyfriend had threw something to me while I was standing outside , it bounced off the ground & hit another customers car. I politely picked it up & kindly apologized & they said no problem it's okay. Jonathan came out of the store being completely rude to my boyfriend & telling him why is he throwing things & to do something to him. He turned around & motioned for his friends to get out of there car to " back him up " ready to fight my boyfriend. I understand him coming outside to tell him not to be throwing things in a professional way but for him to motion for his friends to get out of the car ? That's not okay. I feel like he could've handled that way better since he's an employee. He's not only harassed me & a few of my female friends, given us free snacks, but has also disrespected my boyfriend & I. To me as a female he's one of those creeps that has no filter on what he says to women. I enjoy coming to my local Sinclair but if he continues to be there I might just have to go somewhere else. The rest of the guys that work there are really sweet & will help you with anything even if it's out of their way. I've never had issues with any employee & I appreciate the good service they provide so I give them all 4 stars for their hard work. As for Jonathan I will give him 1 star because the way he works & goes about things is not good customer service. I've also seen him Chillen in the car with his friends smoking & drinking & i know for me my friends can't just go to my job & hang out with me. He's just not a good employee overall & I feel sorry for whatever women go in there & are bothered by him read more
