The first two were underwhelming, his beard wasn't done justice, and his hair was left looking mediocre. Today, he came home with an OK haircut and a beard that was asymmetric and his neck hadn't been cleaned up. He wasn't willing to go back for a fix because the initial cut felt rushed and came out looking bad, so there's no point in even going back for a fix. That was a hard $50 lesson. I used to go to them myself and got some good haircuts and some bad - I chocked it up to the specific barber and ultimately I had to be selective in who I went to. The last time I went was the first time I got the owner, who made it known that he didn't like my choice in haircut. Everyone there has an attitude about customers calling to understand the wait and I've heard them make fun of customers/be rude about customers for calling. There's a lot of toxic masculinity in the shop as well, which is pretty unpleasant to be around. Save your money and your hair, go elsewhere.
