She has been able to bring me out of my shell and help me grow both as a singer and an individual. When I first started working with her, whenever she asked me what song I'd like to sing I'd often say "I want to do this song, but I don't think I can" and she would tell me she thinks I can and we can work on it together. Then we would break down the song and apply techniques where I can overcome my weaknesses and play to my strengths. She provides constructive criticism and gives you just enough of a push to grow without being too harsh. I find myself being able to sing songs that I previously struggled with or never thought I'd be able to sing.
