At the time I was at a veterinarian appt and I told the receptionist I will call her back to confirm the date and time since I couldn't write it down. I called a few times and left voicemails to confirm the appt and I even wrote an email through the website. But no one contacted me back. I called again to book another appt gave my first and last name and the available times. She started talking about consult fees. I had mention the discount and told her everything above. And she asked for my first and last name again and she said that I was marked in the system as a no shown. And explain again that no one ever called me and she said she left me the voicemail with the date and time because she responsible for calling people back. And I told her I didn't receive any voicemail. But she was sure she did. Then she went on said I can try to ask Renee if she will be willing to do another consult which she normally doesn't because with a no show she doesn't give second chances. I Interrupted her and just said that's okay I'll find someone else and ended the call. I have no voicemail from this firm, and I don't delete voicemails until I call the person back. And I know my voicemail is not full because cvs just left me a voice today. Also I have no missed calls from this firm. I was a bit disappointed that I didn't get an apology like maybe the receptionist made a mistake and called the wrong number. And on top of that the whole we don't give second chances comment offended me when I tried contacting them for 2 weeks so it wasn't my fault.
