I honestly don't know what I would have done without Neil, Corey, and the team at Accident Pros. I was turning left when another driver ran a red light and caused the accident. Because of a confused witness, the police report initially blamed me. To make matters worse, the woman who caused the accident actually hired an attorney and tried to pursue a claim against me based on that incorrect report. I felt like I had become a victim twice. I was struck from behind while stopped because traffic was backed up on the exit ramp. The driver hit me at 55mph. It was very traumatic. One of the most terrifying feelings in the world is the shock immediately after a car accident. My five-year-old son and I were parked on the side of the street and had just opened our car door to get out when a city bus struck it. Horrible experience. They will go weeks without reaching back out after saying they will give a call back by the end of the day. THEY FILED A BODILY INJURY CLAIM WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE AND NEVER UPDATED ME ABOUT THE STATUS OF IT. They sent me an email terminating my representation but then didn't send a copy to the insurance company so when I went to file the claim myself the insurance company wouldn't speak with me. I hired this firm after my daughter's accident who is a young adult and on my auto and medical insurance. Attorney Neil immediately referred me to a chiropractor for my daughter. After the settlement was finally reached they advised me of the chiropractor fees which were outrageous. When I emailed and called asking why I was not able to negotiate these fees prior to the settlement agreement they would not respond. Finally, attorney Neil responded to my daughter. He acknowledged receiving communication from me and told her at the firms discretion they will only communicate with her as she is an adult. This is after Accident Pros, including had primarily communicated with me for over a year. Further, attorney Neil nor anyone from the firm would answer our question regarding the fees from their recommended chiropractor. I was surprised how they ignored my daughter's and I questions about those fees which overall where nominal for a firm of their size. Once they recieve their money, they will ghost you, at least in my experience. Do yourself a favor and use a more reputable firm. Very poor representation for business in Roseville. read more
