The ladies that give the shots are the most friendly people ever and the ladies at the front desk are very pleasant as well! I did notice that during my first visit EVER, which was years ago, the doctor straight up told me to leave a 5-star review on Google. I thought it was weird, but I guessed maybe he was just trying to get his name out there. This year when I came back to the allergist, he asked me the exact same question! It felt kinda odd like leaving reviews was more important than my actual health. Also, when you get shots you need to come in every couple of months for a doctors visit. I pay $25 for each appointment which isn't bad, but the doctor seems REALLY rushed and just listens to my heart, asks if I feel fine, and that's it. Also, for anyone wondering, shots are around $100 for a year (I have insurance that covers part of it). You come in once a week to get one and make sure to look at their lunch hours because I always get that mixed up!

My needs are basic, and I'm not getting them met. I tried to tell someone at the front desk about a problem once and the response was, "OK..." I was repeatedly told someone would follow up, but that never happened. Because of this lack of communication, his sinusitis worsened and went untreated. After I called multiple times and faxed over the report, I was then told that Dr. Demera wanted to obtain the actual images. The office contacted me asking me to pick up the images on a disc because they did not know how to retrieve them. I had to explain that they should be contacting radiology, not medical records, to obtain the images. Even after they received the images, I still did not get a call back despite several more attempts to follow up. At one point, I was even told they didn't know the doctor wanted to review the images, which made no sense since I had already been told the images would be placed on his desk and that he would call me. That was in late February, and now it is April with still no communication. I was also told during his visit that his breathing was fine, which was not accurate. His condition became so severe that we had to go to urgent care, where he needed two breathing treatments and was ultimately sent to the ER. My son's allergies are not mild--his numbers are extremely high and require attentive, responsive care. This experience has been heartbreaking and incredibly frustrating as a parent. Due to these issues, I have found a new allergist. I truly hope this office improves communication and follow-through so other families do not go through the same experience.

I have been coming here since 2007, when I was having severe allergy and sinus problems. Dr…read more Aminian did allergy testing and recommends immunotherapy (allergy shots). I did them for a long time but due to my copay I couldn't keep them up. I'm a little skeptical as to their effectiveness. I know they've worked for some people, but it's just such a long process. I couldn't pay $20 twice a week for four years in hopes that they work. That said, Dr. Aminian always answers my questions and always asks how I'm doing. He still really recommends the shots every time I see him, but his other treatments are helping me, too. He got me started doing a sinus rinse daily, and that in itself has helped me more than any medication ever has. Sometimes people will have emergencies, and appointments get pushed back because of that. I've only ever had that happen one time. Most of the time, you're seen pretty close to your appointment time. The best part about this office is that they have late hours on Thursdays, which is helpful for people who don't get off work 'til 5 or 6pm. Overall, I've been really happy with my treatment here. Eventually I may decide to do the shots, but for now, everything else I'm doing is working. I know this is a really busy office, so I'm surprised that there aren't more reviews on here. Everyone I know in the Valley has allergies or asthma!

It got to the point where they would wake up in the middle of the night, scratching and crying. I went to their pediatricians and saw NPs and was just told to try over-the-counter cream and to return if it didn't work. I was tired of going back-and-forth and decided to just go to the specialist. I called Dr Boswell's office the ladies who helped me were very kind. They answered all my questions they made the process a breeze and I was able to secure an appointment 3 days after I called. They scheduled us with Dr. Saunders. So the morning of our appointment I got a little lost lol they have a really big building and I ended up going into their Esthetic side. The ladies there were kind enough to redirect me. Once we entered the correct building everyone was very attentive and welcoming. We got called back right away. Dr. Saunders was AMAZING!!! He was so good with the kids, he was very kind and interactive. Dr. Saunders is very knowledgeable. He took his time explaining and educating me and all the reasons for their skin issues. And gave me multiple recommendations. He also prescribed some creams. The creams worked instantly! In a week, my kids skins were cleared and everyone was so happy! The staff members were great! Everyone was so friendly. The office is very clean. It was a wonderful experience! I highly recommend Dr. Saunders and his team here at Dr Boswell's dermatology!

It just felt like everyone's not happy and burned out from their job or they just lost the passion. I was called back pretty quickly and brought to another waiting room where I met Dr. Kerr. She's the reason why I gave a 4 star. The one star I docked off was because of the unwelcoming staff and the previous experience. Dr. Kerr did my ABR/VNG testing. She was absolutely the sweetest and kindest person there. Her energy and personality made my visit better than expected. The testing at the end was pretty rough and she was caring and patient with me through it all.

I have been a patient for a number of years. They recently changed their injection hours again and…read morethe hours are very limiting especially if you work with standard 8-5 work hours. You can no longer get an injection on your lunch hour. This is a problem because when you first start on the injections or there's a change in your injection antigen, you need to get 1 shot/week for 6 mos. There are no longer convenient injection hours. Furthermore, if you arrive close to the cut off time (say right before their lunch hour) they will refuse you and make you come back. Very poor customer service and a very inflexible staff.
