We went to the office to ask about the part and was told to head to a big tent area and ask the person there for it. The tent was filled with so many motor parts and many more outside. The whole place looked like a junkyard except it was all about automobiles. The broken cars all stacked up and others just waiting to be smashed reminded me of the movie "Cars". The guy couldn't find the part in the tent and we followed him outside to another section filled with engines. He quickly removed the alternator from the engine. Unfortunately the amp was a different one from what we have. We told the staff inside the office. They tried to find some but there was none. They were helpful in telling us to try other auto shops which may have the parts. No hard selling or pressure tactics here.

He also gave me a discount and added an engine steam cleaning service at no extra cost. The results looked as beautiful as new. I went here to purchase a newer Land Rover LR4. This is my experience…read more I made an appointment and when I arrived during regular hours and the sliding doors were closed. I opened them and staff looked at me like I had just landed from Mars. I told them I had an appointment and they said the sales person was away, and on his way back. I waited 15-20mins and he showed up. Anyway the trade in offer for my car was 30% less than two other dealers I checked with, but I don't have a problem with that and it's understandable, everyone has a different business model. They assured me that the car I was looking at had been looked over and was in excellent condition, just not detailed. I paid for an inspection on the vehicle, which found several issues, including failing suspension bushings, patchwork repairs on oil leaks and brakes being almost completely gone. The sales person said they would address some of the issues and get back to me. When I messaged a few days later the car was sold. So in summery, in my opinion this is a classic kingsway-style car dealer, there doesn't seem to be any pride or care in the cars they sell or customers they sell to. If you're interested in a car here get it safety inspected at the absolute minimum, because clearly they are not afraid to sell a car with problems. Do your homework, in addition to the inspection including your own carfax, and proceed with caution.

I demanded a repaint, and they fixed most of scratches but left such small puddles all over. What made it worse was that they refuse to take the responsibility on causing such secondary damage.
