I got room 221 which was way at the end of the hall. It was a small room with nowhere to hang my coats or bags. So I went to the casino as planned. My parents were also checked in with a group. It was great to be able to have a room. I stayed a 2nd night which I was so grateful and have a room and hang out with my parents. We had dinner at the rest spending some the evening enjoying ourselves. End of the night comes and I go bac ​ to the room and soo happy to be able to finally stay and play.

Due to a short turnaround for several of us, with check in at 9pm and check out at 5 for flights, we opted to stay at the easiest off highway location and I'm so grateful we did. It's newer than most hotels in the area, accessible, and well cared for, plus the staff was super friendly. It isn't loud, which you might expect based on its closeness to the highway, which is a big win. I did have a broken drawer in my room, nothing that bothered me for a quick overnight, but the staff took a note down upon my departure and I suspect it was sorted quickly.

On the floor which had not been swept and someone's dirty nail clippings all around the room. Also the neighbour upstairs stomped around all night so we got no sleep. Fancy toilet seat gives you so many ways to clean ur butt. . There is an ironing board and iron, mini fridge n microwave . You know all these things count when you are travelling. Right!! There is in house dinning area which serves food to purchase like any other restaurant. Due to covid , I didn't enjoy any food here so cant comment.

The room could have used a fresh coat of paint and a bit more of a detailed cleaning in certain areas, but was otherwise appropriate for the price. The bed was comfy, the heat worked, and the water didn't take long to heat up. I'd stay here again.
