When we arrived in the morning, I was helping my partner hitch the trailer onto our truck, when a very loud man came out of the garage and started screaming directions over me. When we asked him to stop, he continued, and only shouted over me louder. He did, in fact, fail to line up the trailer properly with his direction. I have helped my partner back this truck onto this hitch over 100 times in the last year alone. We were entirely fine, but he insisted I was incapable. Blatant misogynistic behavior doesn't get my money, and it shouldn't get yours.

The service manager gave me a call to let me know the diagnosis, and I did not need brakes on the front, rather I had two locked up calipers on the rear. Add to that I wanted them to rectify the E-brake cable which was hanging down and is a common issue on Dodge RAMS. Long story short, GRAHAM fully diagnosed the problems and then without any pressurized sales tactics, suggested I could do the E-brake repair or not. I elected not to do the E-brake repair because I do not use that very often if at all. Overall, let's put it this way - they treated me right, they did not repair anything or suggest something be repaired that did not need to be at the moment, and in the end price was fair and acceptable. Oh, and one last note: Despite the fact that it was evident I needed tires, they did not even try to upsell me on tires. Most shops would've attempted to pressure you into getting tires. Rest assured they will be on my list when it comes time to buy tires.

Through the anxiety I went through they had amazing customer service to help me feel welcomed. They quickly checked my engine and found the issues and immediately ordered parts to begin repairing at a reasonable price! Never have I felt cared for like this by a random auto repair shop, and they made this unfortunate situation less unfortunate. After exiting we were most pleased to find Tammen Auto & Tire located very near the exit. Our tire needed to be replaced. The woman working the counter (unfortunately I did not get her name) was most friendly and efficient. She found a tire for us, had one of the mechanics go get in Sioux Falls. They mounted it and had our vehicle ready to go with only about a 2 hour delay. The whole incident was so much less stressful thanks to the friendliness of the staff and efficiency of the mechanics.

I don't remember when, perhaps the 80's, Chuck started working for Andy and eventually took over. I have brought vehicles new to us in for an alignment, only to be told that "It looked fine". Rather than charge for the alignment, Chuck would charge an inspection fee, something much less than expected. I always feel I have gotten a great value when I get my vehicle serviced there. Speedy turn around, great service, more than fair prices, expert knowledge. Only way it would be better is if it were free.

A couple months down the road my truck started experiencing problem, I contacted Chuck and he was able to slip me in the same day.
