I was told they would find a matching set of good ATs. We ended up agreeing on a set of good snow tires for the back and a good looking set of Wrangler ATs for the front. I inspected the tires before they mounted them, they were nice . I paid 200'for a set of used tires And I was okay with it because I had done business with them in the past and liked their service. After 3 weeks I was headed home on I90 and had my right passenger front tire literally explode. Fortunately I was able to gain control of my vehicle and get safely pulled to the edge of the road. I'm thankful to be alive! The tire was completely ripped in half. When it blew it shattered my wheel well liner and blew my quarter panel off the the bracket. After I changed the tire I noticed it was defective as the inner portion of the tire facing away was completely worn from curb rash and was also not a match for the opposite side. I called Karla at Gary's and she told me to bring it in Monday to look at it and find me a replace. Monday came around and she was to busy to help me and said they probably didn't have a match anyway. I told her I had a good set that came off the front and asked her if she would remount them. She then told me they would have to charge me for the mounting. It's at this point I became frustrated and tEminded her if the defected unmatched tire they had put in my truck along with the damage it caused to my truck. She became defensive and said just bring it up and we'll have a look at it. I realized I was done doing business with them and would never let them touch my truck again. Be sure you always insoect their work and you got what you paid for. They're a small shop and take advantage of people and when it comes to tires they don't seem to vacate that your life is at risk from the neglect and poor service they provide! Do yourself a favor and buy tires from one of the larger shops in town!

After lots of research, I came across Sioux Falls PDR. Read the reviews and decide to try them out. Gave them a call, left a message and quickly got a call back from Jack. Jack from the beginning was great. I didn't know where to start or what the process was and he was there to assist us every step of the way. I dropped off my 2021 INFINITI QX80 to jack and he did the rest. Working directly with our insurance company, which was being a complete pain from start to finish. Jack was there to advocate and assist on our behalf. Making sure we got what we needed to repair our vehicle back to how it was prior to the incident. He made sure that any replacement(s) parts needed would be factory original and was very thorough, very meticulous when repairing my vehicle. Jack made this entire process stress free start to finish. FINALLY got to the final stage of finishing my vehicle and hit another roadblock with the insurance company. My 2021 INFINITI QX80 needed to be calibrated after the repairs and our insurance was giving us some push back. They were questioning if a calibration was necessary or needed. Jack was great when explaining to us why this is needed and submitted all the paperwork they needed to get this completed and done right. The insurance company was trying to drag their feet but Jack was always there to make sure they made us a priority and got it done. He educated the insurance adjuster on the Calibration process and why it was needed so for that he would know for future reference. Per google: Calibration ensures that a vehicle's systems are optimized for safety, efficiency, and performance. A vehicle that hasn't been correctly calibrated can have reduced fuel efficiency, a higher likelihood of part failures, or even potential safety risks. I'm glad Jack talked me through this process so that I can have a better understanding going forward for future repairs how important it is. I highly recommend Sioux Falls PDR. You won't be disappointed.

I can appreciate these folks better than most. The only down side I noticed is back in the day they used to vacuum your car and wash it your windows. In May we took a car in for tires and had an oil change done. They had to order the air filter so sent our son home to come back later for it. As soon as he left the shop the check engine light came on. Called them and went back. Tech said they forgot to put the old air filter in so he should be fine now. We have had problems since and ultimately it was determined that we need a new engine. Manley is stating that there is NO way they did not put the filter in; they don't make mistakes like that and they have no idea why their employee would have said that but talked to him. The camera footage was already destroyed so they can't show us it was put in either. Had an employee say they were busy and that's when mistakes get made but the owner assures us it didn't happen and as long as that's what he says then it's our problem. Interesting when you read all the errors they make and how they have never filed with the BBB. The owner told us incorrect information regarding his insurance company and then dropped communication. He did file a claim with his insurance, but as long as he stands by it not being their fault then insurance is useless. Had car towed to another shop and video footage shows gouging in the cylinder. I'm not a mechanic but what I have learned is that debris can cause gouging and debris can get in an engine from an air filter being left out so if a car goes in with no issues as confirmed by their diagnostics but leaves with engine problems it seems VERY likely something happened during that service appointment. It seems much less likely that an engine that was fine, had 87k miles just broke down within a couple of miles of leaving their shop coincidentally like the owner is telling us. Absolutely horrible to work with!!
