We checked in just before 9pm. At 10:45pm, we changed rooms because it was still so hot we could…read morenot sleep. The woman who checked us in and later moved us to a cooler room was very nice and accomodating. The hotel bed is comfortable. At 3am, we groggily went to the lobby for the complimentary breakfast. There was an assortment of cereal, fruit, bagels, muffins, yet no milk or cream cheese. I asked the male enployee behind the desk for mill and he responding that he was getting them. A minute later, I saw him pushing a cart so I grabbed a milk for my cereal. My son had not yet gotten a milk so he followed the man as he walked to the ice machine with the milk. Apparently, the man did not realize my child was behind him. The next thing I heard was the man screaming "Christ Jesus" so loudly that he easily could have woken up guests. He then continued by yelling at my son and castigizing him for standing too close. I ran to where my son was and told the man it was completely unacceptable for him to yell at a child. The male employee defended himself. We brought our food to our room since we did not feel comfortable eating in the lobby. As we passed the employee in the hallway, he told my son he should wear a bell. We checked out about 4am. $200 for a short stay and a scary morning.

We were really disappointed as we love the look of the buses and the competitive prices of the company. Luckily, we were able to book the bus for a birthday party weeks later and it was as fun as expected. Our bus driver was extremely accommodating to our party, the bus was clean and the stereo was of good quality. Adding a cooler of jungle juice is a must! Can't wait to work with Paramount again!

I had to grab hold of the shower curtain to avoid being severely injured/catch my fall. My foot and ankle were badly bruised for the rest of the trip home, which was across several states. Thank God nothing was broken, but some safer surfacing at the base of the tub would have been an easy fix, and would have prevented this.

Conveniently located next to a gas station and a bar and grill (good wings). There was a McDonalds right across the street. However, all that aside, when we checked out it was a bad experience. This was September 3, 2020 (Covid protocols still in place). We were told at check-in that there was no breakfast served, but they would have a grab bag for us with breakfast items. We went to checkout in the morning and no grab bag...they had the breakfast area open and two other couples were inside the breakfast area... no social distancing at all. We grabbed a couple of granola bars and left. Coffee and hot water was available in four pots, which were communal and not sanitized between each customer. Went to the front counter to turn in our keys and saw this sign (see first picture) saying no one was available at the front desk. So I went to slide my keycards under the plastic shield to leave them next to their computer and one card fell on the floor behind the desk (I didn't throw them... one card bounced out of the card holder). A young man (Taran) came from somewhere in the back of the counter area and said "That was not necessary!" I asked what wasn't necessary. He said "throwing the cards. no one was going to use your card to open your room." (He was implying I could have left them on the counter where anyone could have gotten to them...they had the room number written on the card holder.) I told him I wanted to make sure they were out of the way and tried to get them next to his computer. He was extremely annoyed which made me mad! I told him that that was lousy customer service, made sure I noted his name, took a picture of the sign saying no one was at the front desk, and left. (Note: when he walked from the outer office to the counter area, he was only right there the whole time...but I couldn't see him behind the wall. Why not stay behind the counter where you're supposed to be?!). I called corporate and made a complaint about the terrible customer service and the blatant disregard for adherence to Covid-19 protocols.
