From the moment you walk in, the young lady at the front desk, Bianca, who is very professional and courteous, always welcomes you with a smile. She does everything on her end to accommodate you for appointments and makes sure your experience there is the best. The barbers are top-of-the-line. I've had my hair cut with Willy and John (although I've been getting my hair cut more with John since appointments have worked out this way). They're both gentlemen and treat you like one. They hit the nail on the head every time with the description of haircut you give them. They're just awesome. I've also had a pedicure done with Polina. She's very sweet, funny, and knows what she's doing. There's always fresh coffee you can get and miscellaneous cookies / treats you can munch on while it's your turn in the waiting area (which looks like a scene out of the movie Kingsman). We had the lady barber and she was unfriendly and rude which made us both very uncomfortable. She didn't greet us when we came in just told us to have him go sit down and for me to get out. Now we planned the day to do this together since my boyfriend was a little nervous about getting this done in the first place and when she not so nicely kicked me out the room and told me to wait outside it didn't help... if we would have known they changed the rules and you can no longer sit in the room we would've gone someplace else... now she did a good job but part of paying so much more than a barber who could do the same job was for the nice experience and she had such a bad attitude the entire time that we wish we would've gone someplace else... she didn't even try to be nice at any time absolutely no customer service skills... My hotel recommended that I go to Art of Shaving and I secured an appointment with Evelyne Baillergeau. If I'd walked into the store without an appointment, I might have missed her comfortable and well-organized shop. I appreciated Ms. Baillergeau's focus, professionalism, and manner: was certainly pleased with her focus and skill: I emerged with a terrific hair cut, one that met the all-important spousal approval test when my wife reviewed it. Messing up the shape of my hair and telling me that's the style. Always given rebuttals as to why he's always right. Anyways the point is he's his fades are nice but to finish the top he botches that part. The top and top sides look very copy and uneven he needs to back to barber school just because you can do fades but nothing else that doesn't come together sorry
