I asked him why would the display pair be from last year if it's the same exact shoe... he said the codes are different I don't know what to tell you and he turned around and walked off. I still purchased the shoes but as soon as I walk out of the store, I turn around to see him walk all the way up there to the lady to talk bad about me I'm sure.. I am very dissatisfied with the customer service that this guy showed me... I will not be spending any more of my money there again...

Mr.Strickland the owner came to the rescue. He punched the hole in my belt and would NOT hear of my paying him. That was so very nice of him. Then on another occasion I bought my stepson a pair of nice boots that time Terry Garnto helped me and he was too oh so very nice. Then another time I had their daughter Stacey. What can I say she was a complete angel. Needless to say I have had nothing but the best of service in that place. If you want a nice pair of boots or a good real leather belt for your loved one, then that's the place you need to shop. It's number one service all the way. Please stop in and see those fine folks. He bought me 3 other items I didn't need. Went to the store to exchange them, an arrogant insulting lady came to the counter, so I proceeded to try and get my money back (all this for a mere $35!). At first she said I could get store credit because I had the receipt. After going back and forth, she loved arguing but finally came around, for 17 years I got bad vibes from that store and will never go again. I gave the boots to Goodwill and will go to my local shoe store to get a pair. My Grandson approved. The arrogant "lady" stated "I'm the owner, I can do anything I want to". p.s. I'm a combat wounded Veteran & had a Purple Heart hat on to identify me, but it made no difference, nor did it being almost Christmas. DON'T GO unless you're SURE you won't return or exchange anything.
