Centrally located amid the cacophony with a huge terrace dining area is this French-accented bistro targeted to relatively indiscriminate palates. Jamie W. and I were led to an outdoor table with a panoramic viewpoint of the teeming masses. I'm not sure why mine was a dollar more, but since it was priced the same as a pornstar martini, I figured it might be with the surcharge. All I know is that the libations mellowed us out a bit as we ordered the food. We started with two appetizers. Inspired by a history of polar exploration, hiking, and safaris, the brand continues to make clothes that are great for being "in the field". All of their clothes are manufactured in Europe using European materials and are often long lasting and of high quality. Because of this clothing is priced at the higher end of the scale. The girls working in the store were very attentive, made suggestions and helped find the right sizes and fits. Definitely a very Norwegian brand and look. The store itself is also quite stylish.

The facilities are over multiple floors and the rooms are nice and spacious. I have been here a few times for events and it was always quite pleasant to be here as it's spread out and does not feel cramped. The catering here is also quite ok. I am sure I will be back here again at some point for an event. My company seems to choose this place year after year :-)

If you're interested in Norwegian culture (you should be, visiting this Norwegian website) this shop would absolutely be a good place for you to go. They have basically everything here; bags, bowls, clothes, jewelry - you name it. The only thing all these different types of goods have, is that they are all Norwegian! No kidding! And it's pretty cool stuff as well. This isn't one of those places where you buy trolls and postcards with FJORDS on them. The word "design" doesn't exist for nothing, know what I mean? And this place didn't make up their name based on nothing either. Norway Designs. Design. See where I'm getting at? Buy cool Norwegian stuff at Norway Designs! The price is a bit stiff, but you could afford to go all this way to Norway, couldn't you?
