Office staff claims the lab never sent them the results , yet, all of the results are posted in EPIC MyChart, the same system that they use in the office. When I challenge the staff on these issues, instead of LISTENING, they become argumentative. There is surface level, basic professionalism, but if there's a problem, professionalism goes right out the window. Save yourself the stress, hassle, and aggravation. Go somewhere else.
