Feel as if he did my surgery with half the effort. I broke my other clavicle in more places and it's way better.

The physical therapists here are nice but my experience was less than ideal…read more I had three sessions scheduled. The first time I showed up (at my appointment time) I had to wait 30 minutes before being seen. I'm a patient person so normally this is not an issue, but it was frustrating because I was on my lunch break that should only be an hour. I asked about billing and was told that my insurance pays 20% and that laser was separate. I was quoted $25 for laser and $65 for the appointment (then 20% of that would be taken care of by my insurance. I went to my second appointment with no incident. The physical therapist saw me in a timely manner and the experience was overall pleasant. I checked my insurance claims before my third visit and saw that forever fit had billed my insurance $224 for the first visit (apparently for a new customer the first time is more expensive which I can understand but this was not disclosed to me). The second time my insurance was billed $112. My insurance was billing me $70 for each visit (I already paid $25 for the laser up front at each visit). I went in before my third appointment to discuss and was told that $65 is the amount if you are uninsured and paying cash. So I'm paying more for the service with my insurance than if I didn't have insurance?? Their payment policy lacks transparency and I feel a bit taken advantage of. I will never go back to this PT.

Erin and Renee are awesome. They help my daughter get back on her skis every time! Seems to keep…read moreher balanced and healthy. Thanks!
