We went in and used the Urgent Care facility. However, when they billed us they did not use Urgent Care billing codes and our insurance refused to even consider paying anything. When I contacted them to potentially adjust the bill since we are now paying cash, they refused. They also refused to change the billing codes. I do not recommend this business because of their deceptive business practices and false advertising... by the way, there are several 1-star negative reviews about their billing department!

I wanted to use Howard Head Physical Therapy at the new Dillon Medical center. By pure luck, I was assigned to Nicole. I have had to use a PT several times in my life. Nicole is, by far, the most professional, capable and sweetest person I have ever dealt with. I went from knee replacement to walking with a cane in 7 days. She has the ability to distract me with conversation while completing various leg extensions or bending exercises. She is extremely knowledgeable about the overall process of knee replacement and was able to put me at ease. She got me through the tough days The Dillon medical center is new. They still have some growing pains to go though. I am sure they will be great due to the people at Howard Head

I received a phone call and answered and answered it thinking it was my Dad since it was a 970 number and not 720 or 303. I answered and a happy-at-first girl answered and she said she was from this office and confirmed the office was in Silverthorne and I was trying to explain to her that my doctor in Frisco was putting in a referral to doctors in my area so we wouldn't have to drive up there. I had met with my other doctor since the meeting with him and she was going to get the referral to go to do both body rehabs at that office but I know things can slip through the cracks. Which is why when this lady called me and thought I was going to be going to the Summit County area, that's okay. I was nice and just kept trying to explain that I don't live in that area and I lived in Lakewood and we would be going to a therapist down here. She goes "No, but weren't you waiting for your doctor to put in the referral?" I said "Yes, but I am not going to be going to go to Summit County for treatment. I live in Lakewood. That's why the referral was going to be transferred down here. I was going to see" and was trying to explain the other doctor of mine that called in a referral to help my hip, but the lady just hung up on me. So, not very kind at all! Costs were over double that. In addition, they only submit to insurance company once per month, so you will not know the cost until you may have had several sessions. Staff and doctors were very friendly, no issues here. The doctor took X-rays and said my bicep was bruised. Due to the ongoing pain, I came back a second time and they gave me a Cortozone shot, two injections in my arm . I left the next day I left CO. to come back to Houston. Meanwhile, I got zero relief from the injections from Steadman Clinic. I went to Methodist Sports Medicine here in Houston when I got back and got X-rays. I did not have a bruised bicep.I had a small tear in my rotator cuff. The doctor here gave me one injection. The next day, no pain, no issues. Did some rehab, game over. This visit in Houston happened in early Aug; it's now late October, no issues. You would think because of a misdiagnosis, they would dismiss the balance owed. Nope, I'm forced to pay it. So, diagnose me wrong and make me pay for your mistake.
