I scheduled my appointment and was told I'd receive a call on Friday to confirm my Monday appointment. This did not happen so I had to reach out and make sure were all set. The cleaner (I'm not sure if it was "Mary" or not as I never received a name) showed up late, by about 15 minutes, but make sure to leave on time. The cleaner also walked right into my house, no knocking, ringing the door bell, etc., which I felt was pretty inappropriate for someone who had never been there - I was actually upstairs getting ready when I heard my door randomly open. Overall, I would say the cleaning was good, I think they did an excellent job and for the price I really can't complain - but the customer service was greatly lacking and I wouldn't recommend them or use them again.
