Ok, fine, we rescheduled for today. It's now close to an hour after the appointment time. No one called. No one showed up. Additionally, we have a 2500 sq ft home and they expect one person to be able to clean the entire place by themselves. I get the feeling that the people who work for Karen's are overbooked and overworked with very little support Please do yourself a favor and find another cleaning service.
