She told me to find someone else, but of course, that was impossible since the homeowner was already at the property waiting. Her exact words were: "I turned around when you did not respond. The owner at the property is not my concern either. We agreed but without payment terms. Have a good day, I am moving to my next assignment." I was in a meeting and unable to respond immediately. She asked me at 2:08 PM EST "How will I be paid and when?" and then abruptly canceled at 2:19 PM, stating "Canceling due to poor communication." We had a phone call an hour before that where she requested to move the appointment to 2:00 PM because the property was 30 minutes away from her location. Despite agreeing to this, she still canceled last minute. This was extremely unprofessional and caused a huge inconvenience. I hope others don't have to go through the same poor service. ---- This is my reply to Tameeka's response: I messaged her on February 18 at 3:26 PM, and she agreed to do the appointment. At 3:33 PM, I asked for her email, but she did not reply. Later, at 9:06 PM, I sent a follow-up message. The next day, February 19, she responded and confirmed she would do it for $130. I then asked if she could do it for $70 instead, and she agreed. I requested her email again and immediately sent the necessary information. I informed her that the appointment was scheduled for 1:30 PM, but she mentioned that the location was 30 minutes away from her. To accommodate this, I called the homeowner and arranged to move the appointment to 2:00 PM, which they agreed to. The appointment was set for 2:00 PM, but at 2:08 PM, she asked about the payment. Then, at 2:19 PM, she canceled due to 'poor communication.' This means she canceled after the scheduled appointment time, causing unnecessary inconvenience.
