Do not get a loan with these people. She told me if I didn't pay, she will file criminal charges. They schedule your due date for the day you get the loan. Of course this is not my payday so I am 10 days late each time. I believe their grace period is 10 days so I normally don't pay any late fees. Their policy is to call your job the day after the loan is due. No, they do not call your personal phone first. If you cannot pay when they call, you are required to go into the office and tell them you cannot pay. I still do not comprehend why this cannot be done over the phone. Also they don't take partial payments, even if your a dollar short. They will however offer to refinance the loan for more interest and fees. I recommend going to Southern Finance by Kilgore College Longview they are more willing to work with you. Better yet have a checking account and overdraft it less fees.
